Momcation Retreat Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 28, 2026

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between The J Chanelle Group LLC, also referred to as “Jasmine Chanelle,” “Momcation,” “we,” “us,” or “Organizer,” and the individual purchasing or attending the Momcation Retreat, referred to as “Attendee” or “you.”

By checking the acceptance box and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Retreat Details

The Momcation Retreat will take place November 6–8, 2026, in the Orlando, Florida area.

The retreat is scheduled to begin at 4:00 PM on Friday, November 6, 2026, and conclude at 12:00 PM on Sunday, November 8, 2026. The exact retreat address and final itinerary will be provided to confirmed attendees before the retreat.

The Organizer may make reasonable changes to the itinerary, speakers, activities, meals, or schedule when necessary. These changes will not automatically entitle the Attendee to a refund.

2. What Your Registration Includes

Your registration includes the accommodations, meals, retreat sessions, activities, materials, and amenities expressly listed on the Momcation sales or checkout page at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, registration does not include:

  • Transportation or airfare to and from Orlando

  • Transportation to or from the retreat property

  • Rental cars, parking, tolls, or fuel

  • Travel insurance

  • Childcare

  • Personal purchases or incidental expenses

  • Medical expenses

  • Additional accommodations before or after the retreat

  • Activities or services not identified as included

3. Eligibility and Attendance

Attendees must be at least 21 years old.

Registration is valid only for the individual identified during checkout. Children, partners, family members, and other unregistered guests may not stay at or visit the retreat property without prior written approval from the Organizer.

4. Payment Terms

The full price and available payment options will be displayed at checkout.

If you select a payment plan, you authorize the Organizer and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the payment schedule presented at checkout. A payment plan is a commitment to pay the entire purchase price and is not a month-to-month membership that may be canceled at any time.

If a scheduled payment is declined, you are responsible for providing a valid payment method and bringing the account current within three calendar days after receiving notice. The Organizer may cancel your reservation if payment is not received. Any payments previously made will remain nonrefundable.

You remain responsible for the outstanding balance even if you later decide not to attend, unless the Organizer approves an eligible transfer under Section 6.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the limited number of rooms, advance commitments, and expenses associated with producing the retreat, all purchases and payments are final and nonrefundable.

No refund or credit will be provided if you:

  • Cancel for any reason

  • Are unable to attend

  • Arrive late or leave early

  • Miss any session, meal, or activity

  • Fail to obtain transportation

  • Experience a personal, family, employment, financial, or medical issue

  • Are removed for violating these Terms or the retreat’s conduct expectations

The Organizer strongly encourages you to purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, illness, emergencies, and other unexpected circumstances.

6. Reservation Transfers

You may request one transfer of your reservation to another eligible attendee. The request must be submitted in writing to info@jasminechanelle.com no later than October 23, 2026.

The replacement attendee must:

  • Meet all retreat eligibility requirements

  • Accept these Terms and Conditions

  • Complete all required registration and health forms

  • Assume responsibility for any remaining balance

Transfers are not complete until approved in writing by the Organizer. Reservations may not be resold, advertised, or transferred for an amount greater than the original purchase price.

No transfers will be permitted after October 23, 2026.

7. Organizer Cancellation, Postponement, or Material Changes

If the Organizer cancels the retreat and does not reschedule it, the Organizer will refund the retreat payments received from the Attendee.

The Organizer is not responsible for reimbursing airfare, transportation, lodging booked separately, childcare, lost wages, or any other expenses incurred by the Attendee.

If the retreat is postponed or materially rescheduled, the Attendee may transfer the registration to the new dates or request a refund by the deadline stated in the postponement notice.

The Organizer may change the retreat property to another reasonably comparable property in the Orlando area when necessary.

8. Events Beyond the Organizer’s Control

The Organizer is not responsible for delays, changes, or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, hurricanes, natural disasters, government orders, public-health emergencies, property damage, utility interruptions, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, civil unrest, acts of God, or similar events.

When reasonably possible, the Organizer will attempt to reschedule, relocate, or provide a comparable alternative. The remedies offered under Section 7 will apply if the retreat cannot proceed as planned.

9. Travel and Transportation

You are solely responsible for arranging and paying for your travel to and from the retreat.

You are also responsible for confirming travel schedules, obtaining any required identification, arriving on time, and allowing sufficient time for possible delays.

The Organizer is not liable for missed flights, delayed transportation, lost luggage, vehicle issues, traffic, or other travel-related problems.

10. Health, Dietary Needs, and Accessibility

You are responsible for determining whether you are physically and emotionally able to participate safely.

You must notify the Organizer in writing of dietary restrictions, food allergies, accessibility needs, or relevant medical concerns no later than October 23, 2026. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed needs but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or that every requested accommodation will be available.

You remain responsible for carrying necessary medication and managing your own health needs. If you experience an emergency, you authorize the Organizer to contact emergency services. You are responsible for any resulting medical costs.

Participation is voluntary. You may decline to participate in any activity that makes you uncomfortable or that you believe would be unsafe for you.

11. Coaching and Educational Disclaimer

Momcation may include coaching, faith-based discussion, journaling, personal-development exercises, worship, business conversations, or other educational experiences.

These services are not medical care, mental-health treatment, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for working with a licensed professional.

The Organizer does not guarantee any particular personal, spiritual, emotional, business, financial, or professional outcome from attending the retreat.

12. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

You understand that travel and retreat participation involve ordinary risks, including illness, food-related reactions, slips and falls, physical injury, property loss, transportation incidents, and interaction with other attendees.

You voluntarily assume the risks associated with attending and participating in the retreat.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, you release and hold harmless The J Chanelle Group LLC, Jasmine Chanelle, Momcation, and their employees, contractors, volunteers, representatives, and agents from claims arising from the ordinary risks of participation or their ordinary negligence.

This release does not apply to gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer’s total liability arising from the retreat will not exceed the amount you personally paid for your registration.

13. Accommodations and Property Rules

You agree to respect the retreat property, its furnishings, the host, staff, and other attendees.

Smoking, vaping, unlawful substances, weapons, violence, harassment, threatening behavior, and illegal activity are prohibited at the retreat property.

You may be held financially responsible for damage caused by your intentional, reckless, or negligent conduct.

Room and property rules will be shared before or upon arrival and are incorporated into these Terms. Failure to follow those rules may result in removal from the property without a refund.

14. Community Conduct

Momcation is intended to provide a respectful, restorative, faith-centered environment.

You agree not to engage in harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation, disruptive conduct, unwanted solicitation, or behavior that threatens the safety or experience of another person.

The Organizer may remove an attendee whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful, seriously disruptive, or inconsistent with the retreat environment. An attendee removed for misconduct will not receive a refund.

15. Confidentiality and Privacy

Attendees may share personal stories, business information, family experiences, or other sensitive information during the retreat.

You agree to respect the privacy of other attendees and not publicly disclose, record, or distribute another attendee’s personal information or story without that person’s permission.

The Organizer will encourage confidentiality but cannot guarantee that every attendee will comply. You should use personal discretion when sharing sensitive information.

Audio or video recording of private retreat sessions is prohibited unless the Organizer gives prior written permission.

16. Intellectual Property

All retreat materials, workbooks, frameworks, presentations, recordings, and other content provided by the Organizer are owned by or licensed to The J Chanelle Group LLC.

Your registration provides a limited license to use these materials for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, teach, sell, distribute, publish, or create derivative products from the retreat materials without prior written permission.

17. Photography and Media

The Organizer may photograph or record portions of the retreat for business, educational, archival, and promotional purposes.

Photography and media permission should be selected separately during checkout. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify the Organizer in writing at info@jasminechanelle.com before the retreat and identify yourself to retreat staff upon arrival.

The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to honor an opt-out request, although it may not be possible to remove an attendee from incidental background footage captured in group settings.

18. Personal Property

You are responsible for your belongings during the retreat. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property.

19. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact the Organizer at info@jasminechanelle.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to address the concern.

A chargeback does not cancel your contractual payment obligations when a charge was validly authorized and the Organizer has complied with these Terms.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Before filing a legal claim, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. Written notice of a dispute must be sent to info@jasminechanelle.com.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or the retreat will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Duval County, Florida.

21. Severability

If any portion of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The unenforceable provision will be limited or revised only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the checkout details, and any policies expressly incorporated into them constitute the entire agreement concerning your retreat purchase.

The version accepted at checkout will govern your purchase. Any waiver or material modification must be provided in writing by the Organizer.
